08/22/2023CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDResponsibilities:Assist military and government service personnel in the design, planning, coordination, synchronization, preparation, and execution of training/exercise events.Provide full-time equivalent Mission Command/Command and Control SME at Brigade and Battalion levels to enable command and control mission capability.Focus on mission command, staff operations, and logistics during training exercises and evaluations.Develop training Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) or scripted training scenarios to enhance Technical Support Forces (TSF) unit emergency response skills.Conduct unit or venue specific visits, including planning meetings and site surveys.Qualifications:Strong expertise in mission command, command and control systems, and associated principles.Solid understanding of logistics.Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work well within a team and lead effectively; adaptability to changing circumstances.Experience as an emergency responder; accreditation by IFSAC or Pro Board.Fully qualified in accordance with OSHA requirements, NIMS, and NFPA 1670 training qualification standards.Knowledge of current Army Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs), and mission-specific operations.Experience and knowledge of TSF chemical, medical, and search & rescue units and their compliance with the Incident Command System.Hazardous Material First Responder Operations Level certification, with at least eight hours of training in relevant areas.Other Requirements:US Citizenship:
