Student will be responsible for keying in data into a Liberty University application, as needed. Accuracy of data entry is critical for this position. Data is obtained from inquiry, return mail, and various LU events. the time will be spent performing miscellaneous tasks, including additional data entry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Seventy-five percent of the student's time will be spent performing data entry tasks.
Twenty-five percent of the time will be spent performing miscellaneous tasks, including additional data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Student should possess solid computer skills and be able to type 50 -60 wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel, and Banner is desirable. Student must be reliable, dependable, attentive to detail, punctual, able to perform with both speed and accuracy, and has excellent communication skills. Education and Experience
Preferred that student is Enrolled in a computer or mathematically oriented degree program in good standing. Previous data entry experience preferred.
ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE JOB Communication and Comprehension
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information. Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner. Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates. Strong organizational skills. Excellent computer skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted and the noise level is moderate.
