Responsibilities – General Manager:
Lead, train, motivate, and staff all departments
Passionate about customer retention and CSI
Work with each manager to obtain specific goals and objectives
Create a positive culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention
Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy for meeting sales goals
Lead highly effective meetings
Action-oriented and results-driven
Qualifications/Requirements:
Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred
Superior leadership and motivation skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
