It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job DescriptionThe Project Program Manager manages programs with complex business and technology components, working in concert with senior leadership, business, IT and other project stakeholders to meet the business value and objectives of the program. The role will develop and execute assigned programs, adhering to Prime’s program, project and governance processes. The Project Program Manager will work with core and extended project team members to develop the overall program/project plan along with the program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple medium sized or one large program working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience.Adhere to the program management discipline and standards in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology, with the responsibility to complete all Program Management related artifacts, including preparing and presenting materials for Executive Review.Lead creation, management, and execution of Program Plan including vendor engagement, scope, schedule, budget, and risk as related to assigned program.Provide oversight of and work direction to Project Managers executing within assigned Program, ensuring projects adhere to lifecycle guidelines and processes.Monitor, manage, and report assigned Program’s Success Criteria/Metrics.Plan, manage and monitor change request process within assigned program.Manage resource capacity and demand for assigned program.Prepare program-level status reports and other management reporting, demonstrating progress and risk for schedule, scope, and budget for business and technical work.Resolve internal and external team conflict to ensure alignment to the project objectives and adherence to project schedule and budget.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required.8 years of work experience in project management across large, cross functional projects.Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional QualificationsAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail.Deductive reasoning skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Self-directed and strong personal initiative and accountability with ability to independently deliver against all job accountabilities.Team player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity.Proven ability to counsel, influence, and find win-win compromise solutions.Experience in leading and motivating diverse program teams to achieve stated results.Preferred QualificationsPMI Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP).Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry experience.Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies.2 years of program management experience.10 years of work experience in IT project management across large, cross functional projects.Minimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time.Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear.Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch.Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Reporting StructureCould report to a Manager, Director, Senior Director, or Vice President in the Clinical, IT, Operations Shared Services, Specialty & Home Delivery, or Supply Chain & Innovative Solutions departments.Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience and skills.
