Post Merger Integration Senior Consultant
within Crowe's
Operational Transaction Advisory (OTA) practice , you'll help lead our clients through the analysis, planning, and execution of complex Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We support both the operational due diligence process and the planning and execution of post-close strategies.Essential skills & responsibilities:Work with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute M&A dealsDesign and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiativesWork in a client-facing role, engaging with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions and execute deal strategyCommunicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makersDeliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US, and possibly internationallyThe successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment; significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful.The opportunity provides access to continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field requiredMust have at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&A lifecycle (operational due diligence and integration / carve-outs), including prior roles in areas such as PMI, M&A / Corporate Development, corporate strategy or program managementExperience in Manufacturing Operations preferredFunctional expertise in one or more non-IT areas: e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, or Finance requiredDemonstrated Project Management technical skills, with displayed excellence in managing complex cross-functional programsWillingness to travel up to 60% of the time due to a majority of the work being completed at the client's site; the remainder of the work can be completed in a hybrid or remote work arrangementOutstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executivesAdvanced analysis and written and verbal communication skills are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction.We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
