The Position CHESS seeks a Regional Director, Provider Partnerships to develop and execute the strategy to acquire new CHESS Health customers and expand the current client base of Behavioral Health Organizations and Treatment Providers at the national, state, regional, and local levels. The key responsibilities of a high-performing team member are to independently pursue sales opportunities and close deals, simultaneously balancing continuously building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while cold contacting to uncover new opportunities and close contracts. New Business Development, Pipeline Development, Deal Closure, Solution Selling and Client Prospecting The focus will be on closing deals; we are not an RFP-driven business. This is an individual contributor (non-management) position. This position will work remotely and require 50-65% travel within the United States. Actively initiate, lead, and execute the full cycle sales process of CHESS Health solutions to For-Profit Providers. This includes performing as an individual contributor to generate leads, facilitate corporate presentations, and deliver significant revenue growth by successfully negotiating contracts (six to seven figures) with senior level leadership. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, have a proven track record of closing business and meeting million-dollar+ quotas, while possessing a strong ability to leverage a matrixed customer organization to create solutions that align with prospective client goals. Leverage existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry; able to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization by defining, addressing, and executing short- and long-term strategic initiative. Take full ownership of lead qualification and deal progression, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute initiatives. You will manage creative deal structuring, contracting, scoping, negotiation, and resource planning end-to-end with support from company leadership- Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Behavioral healthcare industry experience, ideally with SUD & EHR (Electronic Health Records) Previous Sales Experience with documented success closing six to seven figure, complex deals involving multi-level buyers and locations (Miller Heiman Strategic Selling) Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to audiences of 10+ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving organization doing innovative work. You can work successfully in a matrix environment, engage with all departments and levels inside and outside the company, and are excited about sharing knowledge and leveraging technology. Must be familiar with Salesforce and comfortable and willing to handle all self-administrative responsibilities. Bachelor's degree is required.
