Works in conjunction with the Associate Director of Human Resources to organize and implement recruitment administration within the department and across the organization at large to include but not limited to providers, advance practice providers, and other healthcare roles. To track and report metrics to share leadership on a monthly basis. This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.Work Location:

Some local travel and occasional overnight travel is a must.Duties/ Responsibilities –Responsible for the oversight of full life-cycle recruitment to include sourcing, screening, driving interview process, presenting employment offers and on-boarding process.Ability to compose effective recruitment advertisements to attract top talent; in coordination with hiring team, develop effective and concise job descriptions.Works in conjunction with hiring managers across multiple departments and locations in a consultative approach to select the most qualified applicants.Builds relationships across the organization among a diverse employee population.Understands company mission, culture, and goals.Understands departmental functions and needs.Develops appropriate candidate profiles and recruitment strategy accordingly.Represents organization at external events such as community events, job fairs, and any relevant networking or marketing events as appropriate to source viable candidates and raise community awareness regarding Piedmont Health Services.Knowledge of employment law, to include EEOC and ADA.Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and possess flexibility, time management skills and a strong work ethic.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Must demonstrate a strong ability to convey simple and complex information in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the organization.Qualifications –Education:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required.Required:

2-3 yrs Executive level, Physician, C-Suite or managerial level recruiting experience is required.Requires frequent sitting for extended periods in an office environment, operation of standard office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones and copiers. May require lifting up to 25 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires normal vision. Requires some travel to external company locations. Has consistent contact with staff, patients and external clients and vendors.Preferred:
