Job Title: Insurance Coverage Associate AttorneyJob Overview:A prominent law firm based in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney. This position involves representing clients in complex insurance coverage litigation matters and providing legal advice on a wide range of coverage issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and be proficient in handling all phases of the legal process, from drafting pleadings to attending court proceedings.Duties:Represent insurance companies in coverage disputes.Advise clients on coverage matters, including analyzing complex issues.Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.Handle discovery processes in insurance coverage litigation cases.Take and defend depositions.Attend court conferences and argue motions.Requirements:Minimum of 2-5 years of insurance coverage experience at a law firm.Licensed to practice law in Washington.Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of the litigation process.Excellent academic credentials.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.Trial experience is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.Skills:Superior research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Proficient in litigation processes, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for court.**THE ROLE**This is a key End to End Experience leadership role for the Administrative Technologies vertical (within IS) at PSJH and will be primarily focused on building and enabling impactful end to end experiences for Philanth...
