Rate of Pay : $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Function:

The Donor Database Manager provides division wide support for the customer relationship management database system (CRM), maintains data accuracy, the divisional reporting library, and conducts prospect research. This role works directly with other Development disciplines, cross departmentally with Donor Finance, and coordinates directly with the data team at THQ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the customer relationship management database system (CRM) by running regular data accuracy reports, identifying donor accuracy projects, and staying up to date on all CRM related changes from the vendor and THQ.

Coordinate with THQ Donor Management (THQ) and Divisional Finance Department (Finance) to provide administrative and development oversight of the donor database, ensuring accuracy of data, systems, and controls in accordance with TSA policy and governing laws.

Collaborate with Donor Services Manager to maintain integrity of donor records in donor database by updating contact information and preferences, updating donor status, as well as duplicate resolution.

Evaluate, develop, and maintain the divisional reporting suite, ensuring that all stakeholders across the division receive accurate reports at the appropriate cadence.

Develop and maintain visual dashboards utilizing our chosen Business Intelligence software, Sisense.

Collaborate with Donor Services Director to analyze direct marketing and development revenue data and provide meaningful suggestions to meet strategic goals within the Donor Services Team and Development department.

Develop and maintain a prospect research system cadence of donor profile information for use as donor and prospect cultivation.

Generate ad hoc reports as requested by the Development Director, Divisional Finance Council, other disciplines within the Development Department.

Generate and maintain role function documentation for future training and onboarding within the Donor Services Team.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Prior customer relationship management (CRM) database and report building software required. SQL and business intelligence software experience required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications (or similar) or equivalent work experience preferred. Direct marketing experience a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Skills and Abilities Required:Ability to interface with all types of personalities with excellent customer relations and people skills. Ability to work cross departmentally in complex processes. Must be organized, self-motivated, flexible and possess strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
