Are you ready to go beyond?What You Will Do:Lead the development of Systems Engineering Models as a subject matter expert in order to perform systems engineering tasks including:Requirements analysis, defining system logical and physical architectures, defining interfaces, verification planningCoordinate with leadership, team members, and other teams in a highly matrixed organizationParticipate in customer and/or internal technical reviews throughout the product lifecycleCoordinate model inputs and enforce engineering best practices and compliance with EDSI standard workQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience in systems engineering, or prior exposure to systems engineering concepts and methodsExperience using an MBSE tool, such as SysML Rhapsody, Cameo/Magic Draw, or equivalentThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:Proficiency in Cameo Systems ModelerKnowledge of MBSE best practicesExperience leading small engineering teamsProficiency with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Experience writing proposals, or generating basis of estimatesAbility to work in a collaborative multi-discipline environment to produce deliverablesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeActive Secret clearanceWhat We Offer:RelocationLearn More & Apply Now!What is my role type?In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We’ve introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
