A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights Litigation team in Boca Raton, FL, supporting the firm’s Georgia practice. This position offers immediate opportunities for hands-on litigation experience, including conducting trials, managing discovery, and handling hearings. Ideal for an attorney eager to work independently in a high-volume setting, this role offers professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.Duties:Review all conditions precedent to filing actions, including document and financial reviews.Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.Safeguard confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client and colleague interactions.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.Handle contested cases, including conducting discovery and representing clients in trials.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership with the Georgia Bar (required); additional bar admissions in other states are advantageous.Minimum of 1 year of litigation or collections experience, with a focus on creditors’ rights preferred.Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal correspondence.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.Certifications:Active bar license in Georgia (Required); additional state licenses are a plus.Skills:Proficiency in intermediate to advanced computer skills, including general office software.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.Analytical skills for identifying corrective actions and offering strategic recommendations.High level of organization with meticulous attention to detail.Capability to manage caseloads independently and meet performance expectations.Physical Requirements:Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate office equipment.Regular verbal communication, listening, and presentations as required.Occasional walking and standing for interactions with colleagues and clients.Standard desk and office setting, well-lit and air-conditioned, with moderate noise levels.This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity for an Associate Attorney passionate about creditors’ rights and eager to build litigation experience in a dynamic, client-centered law firm.Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
