Role Description
Evaluate and apply advanced design and technical methods across project phases, including programming, design development, and coordination through construction documents.
Lead the integration of architectural and interior design concepts, contributing to cohesive and innovative design elements.
Develop detailed construction documents, produce area calculations, and execute accurate revisions.
Create and coordinate presentation materials and manage project assignments with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project budgets and timelines effectively.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Interior Design or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including some healthcare projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, with Revit experience highly preferred.
Experience in all project phases, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Collaborative work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
LEED AP (or commitment to achieve within six months of hire) and either licensure or active interest in completing NCIDQ exams.
