This position will also work with Center staff to develop video content for distribution via social media.
TUITION WAIVER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION .Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Center’s Technical Assistance Staff to develop and design content regarding the ADA Center's services and programs for distribution on Social Media platformsAssist Center's Technical Assistance Center staff to manage regular postings of social media content using Sprout Social media management softwareAssist Center Technical Assistance Staff to monitor the performance of social media posts and collect statistical dataAssist Technical Assistance Staff in identifying content and producing videos highlighting various aspects of the ADA for distribution on social media platformsPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Must be enrolled as graduate student at the University of Illinois Chicago.Familiar with WordPress and content management systemsExperience with developing/posting on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTubeExperience and knowledge using CANVAExperience and knowledge creating and editing videosKnowledge of Accessibility features within social media platforms designed.The University of Illinois System is an equal opportunity employer, including but not limited to disability and/or veteran status, and complies with all applicable state and federal employment mandates.
