We are on the hunt for a Senior Product Portfolio Lead, a critical role in the design and implementation of our cybersecurity capabilities.The Product Portfolio Lead is a member of the Cyber Security Product Management team, which is responsible for working across Global Information Security (GIS) to deliver cutting-edge technology that enables our ability to protect the Enterprise and our customers from evolving threats.Primary Responsibilities:Lead a Product team and drive product strategy for multiple cybersecurity capabilities across the Enterprise and across environments (on-prem and cloud).Drive the evolution, unification, and enhancements to the product ecosystem, informed by threats, risk, industry research, insights from stakeholders and users, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.Build strong relationships with all levels of the organization, external stakeholders, and partners to accomplish the mission.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to shape a comprehensive, long-term strategy, blueprints, and roadmaps.Oversee initiative planning for the portfolio, including the creation of business cases, architectural designs, and resource planning.Work with Product Owners to connect the strategy to deliverables, epics, and stories.Support a multi-year transition from Waterfall and Agile Scrum teams to value streams.Manage third parties: relationships, engagements, contracts, financials, metrics, exit strategies.Mentor and provide guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Product Management and/or related field.Strong understanding of Cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and technologies.Experience working in agile methodologies and product management matched by a track record of driving successful transformation.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit that enables you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and communicate product vision, strategy, progress and gather feedback to drive capability improvements.You excel at strategic planning and execution, with a talent for turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to use data to communicate change.How:Planful: Thoughtfully setting, proactively managing, and predictably achieving commitments through strategy, process, communication, and delivery.Ownership: Acceptance of full responsibility for delivery outcome – “buck stops here” mentality. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
