You will be working in a collaborative environment that reflects Berry Street’s core values of Courage, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, and Working Together.Field Service Engineers - Level 1 SupportThe Field Services Engineer is part of the IT Service Desk and is responsible for providing Level 1 IT Field Services support to all Berry Street sites as required for project work, scheduled maintenance, or as part of the service desk escalation process. This includes travel to all Berry Street sites as required.Field Service Engineers - Level 2 SupportThe Field Services Engineer is part of the IT Service Desk and is responsible for providing Level 2 IT Field Services support to all Berry Street sites as required for project work, scheduled maintenance, or as part of the service desk escalation process.
