RPM's work with owners, adjusters, mitigation teams, and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly. You will also accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams and subcontractors to complete.

Salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications), plus potential for bonus based on production and profitability
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
Proficient with a variety of technology and software, to include Xactimate and Symbility
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of subcontractors and trades to ensure high expectations are set and met
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Construction project management and estimating experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
Track financial and customer experience metrics
Clearly communicate expectations with adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors, onsite as needed
Properly scope estimates for all categories of reconstruction
Confirm budget and work orders before start of project
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Participate in local community events
Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B
Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman
