We seek a diligent and dedicated Network Administrator who can help maintain a secure network environment. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, and maintain a professional presence.Specifically :Implement and manage Juniper firewall environmentBe responsible for network connectivity of workstations, servers, and peripheralsManage a secure Meraki Wi-Fi environmentMonitor network traffic for performance and threatsSegment network traffic with VLANs and SubnetsManage and maintain ISP bandwidth and public IP addressesDocument network systems and proceduresEnsure proper cable managementBe responsible for running CAT6 and fiber cablesManage all switches and switch stacksAssist Systems Administrator as neededRequirements :Bachelor's degree in computer scienceFive years proven experience in Network AdministrationUnderstanding of Juniper firewallsExtensive knowledge of firewall rules and securityWork onsite full timeFlexible to work nights and/or weekends when requiredAvo Photonics offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
