Department: Early Childhood DepartmentLincoln Public Schools is looking for a full-time Early Development Network Services Coordinator. This position reports to the Director of Early Childhood within LPS and
must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
in the Human Services or related field. Experience desired in working with families of children with disabilities and young children, infants, and toddlers; a broad variety of community agencies and culturally diverse families.Responsibilities
Find services to meet developmental, educational, financial, healthcare, child care, respite care, and other services to meet their needs;Link with needed services;Work with multiple providers to make sure services are provided as needed;Become coordinators of services for their own children in the future.Must have knowledge of community resources and advocacy services. Must be able to organize and multitask. Serves as a case manager for children ages birth to 3 who qualify for Medicaid Waiver.
