Program Integrator
to join our team in supporting the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Business Financial Manager.Your day-to-day work will include:Support PdO on all business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities associated with coordination between integration and mission command functions.
This will include coordination with providing program increment planning support and roadmap support.
Supporting the development of strategic and over-arching internal/external written and verbal communications for ongoing activities.
This includes weekly Situation Reports, project roadmap development, updates to Command and Staff charts, and responses to internal and external taskers.
Managing and supporting internal/external coordination and strategic communications with user partners and internal PMO functional leads/teams.Coordinating IPTs, Meetings, and Working Groups, developing briefings, agendas, minutes, and action items.Participating in program increment planning activities and relay updates to multiple customer groups.Developing IBCS/AMDPCS Convergence historical archives to ensure activities, briefings, and decisions are available for reference and to maintain the PMO/PdO institutional knowledge.Assessing long-range factors in their potential to affect the programmatic or technical progress of the project.Providing periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine the status of the overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination of orderly phasing of all actions and cost, schedule, and performance risk; identify alternative risk mitigation approaches; and ascertain appropriate action required to maintain or improve project schedules.At a minimum you should have the following:An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.10+ years of applicable experience associated with the business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities.A strong understanding of and experience with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.Good communication skills, people skills, and enthusiasm are essential, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.The ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to staff contractors and government officials.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.The ability to travel when required.You will be highly desirable if you have:Previous service and experience as an Army Product or Project Manager.Previous service as a Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC).Previous experience with the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Air and Missile Defense Planning and Coordination System (AMDPCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) and future sensors and launchers.Work Type : On-Site (Redstone Arsenal, AL)Estimated Salary : $120,000 - $145,000About Intrepid:Intrepid is a VEVRAA Federal Contractor and an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to making employment decisions based on merit and value.
