Senior Business Systems Security Analyst – IAM (Hybrid, Consider Remote in PST

To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a successful financial organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Security Analyst in Identity & Access Management (IAM), to play a key role in defining, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions. This role requires expertise in business engagement, technical documentation, and collaboration across teams to drive IAM processes that align with organizational security standards.
Location:
Hybrid 2 days per week in Irvine, CA; Will consider remote in pacific time zone
This is a full-time job that expects to pay about $120-125k base plus strong benefits package
What You Will Do:
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for IAM initiatives.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to define and implement IAM processes across the enterprise.
Manage and support user lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role, entitlement, and access definitions.
Drive the integration of applications with the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, ensuring secure and compliant onboarding.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical staff to resolve issues and optimize IAM-related processes.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business processes, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Take initiative to identify and address integration challenges, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
What Gets You The Job:
Proven experience in Identity & Access Management, particularly with SailPoint Identity IQ or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience defining and implementing business and technical processes across the enterprise.
Knowledge of user lifecycle management within an identity governance framework.
Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive alignment on IAM solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
