Overview:
How You’ll Make an ImpactEpsilon is seeking a Lead Adobe Experience Platform Developer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will drive and achieve strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation for customers. You will serve as a mentor to subordinate developers on the team and provide leadership within the team, clearly communicating with non-technical staff about technical concepts to develop best in class solutions to meet our clients’ requirements.Epsilon is on a journey to expand our Adobe practice, and you’ll play a key role in this transformation. You will play an integral role in large-scale Loyalty and CRM implementations. The Lead AEP Developer will report to the Senior Director, Digital Solutions, and will work closely with the Development team, Quality Assurance, Project Manager, Client Engagement Lead, and the external Client team. You will understand cloud-based architecture, modern software development practices, and have experience with design and delivery of enterprise-level platforms.
What You’ll AchieveArchitect and Implement Advanced Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of personalized customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform’s capabilities, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, and Audience Manager.Drive Data Integration and Strategy: Oversee the integration of various data sources and ensure accurate data collection, segmentation, and activation strategies to create a unified view of the customer for actionable insights and enhanced targeting.You’ll have a seat at the table; you’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders driving key Client initiatives.If successful, the Lead AEP Developer may experience advancement to larger and more impactful platform development.You may have an opportunity to level up to an Architect role managing a team of Developers across implementations.Who You AreWhat you’ll bring with you:
Technical expertise in AEP, AJO and Adobe Experience Cloud; Knowledge of best practices for data management, segmentation and personalizationExperience in delivery of 2-3 AEP engagements.Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processesGood understanding of integration patterns and ETL toolsStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldsExperience with other Data Platforms focused on campaign management (marketing automation) such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Platform, etc.Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, etc.Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.Former experience in an agency setting working as a consultant5+ years’ experience in Adobe platform development4+ years of experience with .NET or Java software implementation from requirements through design, development, user acceptance, and post deployment is a strong plus
Pay Range:
