1000Position Overview

Candidate must be able to work in the office located in Birmingham, MI.The Salesforce System Administrator is a proactive individual that will help us develop and continually improve our salesforce platform. They will assist in implementation of the program along with helping design and drive best practice solutions. The position will support implementation, continuous improvement, problem solving, and training along with getting to know our business operations.QualificationsSalesforce product knowledge with 2+ years’ experience of hands on administrationincluding Salesforce Field serviceBachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a technical discipline preferredSalesforce certification preferredExcellent collaboration and communication skillsProven experience in troubleshooting and providing end user supportExceptional project management skillsPhysical DemandsOccasional lifting up to 15 poundsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerManual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasksThe ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.Duties
