Advise clients on a broad array of investment transactions, including alternative investment structures.Collaborate with other legal practice areas to ensure well-rounded, effective client services.Review, draft, and manage complex transaction documentation with attention to accuracy and detail.Engage in negotiations and client communications to facilitate seamless transaction processes.Oversee multiple client projects, maintaining organization and responsiveness.Participate in the firm's pro bono initiatives and community-focused legal work.Requirements
Experience:
3-6 years in investment management, fund formation, or a related legal practice area.Licensing:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active law license.Skills:
Strong analytical and document review skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Communication:
Excellent client-service orientation with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Teamwork:
Comfortable working as part of a diverse team and independently when needed.Project Management:
Ability to handle multiple, concurrent responsibilities efficiently.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active law license, eligible to practice in Oregon.Skills
