Summary
The Director Solutions Architect, Information Technology position will strategically assess and design the DSI Infrastructure and Security technologies. This role plays an integral part in defining and assessing the organization's security strategy, architecture, and practices.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the development of an enterprise's technical architecture. Create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (reusable standards, guidelines, roadmaps, and artifacts) for evolving the technical infrastructure across the enterprise to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes.
Develop and maintain a security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities through application of risk management methods to information technology in order to manage IT risk. Ensure DSI’s Cybersecurity readiness capabilities.
Be directly accountable for the Americas technology strategy ensuring alignment with global direction and will have heavy involvement with Japan on global infrastructure.
Track and anticipate developments and changes in the digital business threat environments to ensure they are mitigated according to security strategy plans and architecture artifacts.
Perform all IT Legal and Compliance activities for Daiichi Sankyo including HR, Compliance, and Legal Investigations. This includes confidential legal discovery and reporting of findings.
Coordinate with the privacy officer or office to document data flows of sensitive information in the organization (e.g., PII or ePHI) and recommend controls to ensure that this data is adequately secured (e.g., encryption and tokenization).
Qualifications:

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field required.
Master's Degree in business, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
Experience Qualifications
10 or More Years of IT and business/industry work experience required.
4 or More Years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders preferred.
