Job SummarySupport Reliability engineering team with testing, reviewing test reports and logs filesContribute to any failure investigation during the test.ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with Shock & vibration test equipmentReview and analyze vibration and shock testing proceduresExecute the preparation of test profiles based on test requirementsPrepare and review technical testing procedure within vibration facilitiesPrepare and review test reports, analyzing test resultsUnderstanding Shock & Vibration / Environmental test specificationsLogging data and processingDeveloping and modifying testing proceduresCommunicating with test engineers about progress, issues, and test anomaliesDiagnosing problems related to mechanical Shock & vibrationsExecute vibration tests, according to internal procedures and the documentation provided for each test in planned time following the company strategyRepairing or replacing components that don't meet performance, or efficiency standardsPreparing documentation, Test reports with detailed notes.Familiar with test standards such as MIL-STD 810, ASTM, GR-63, IECMust have the ability to travel to local 3rd party lab facilities for testing.EducationA.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Related Reliability Area4 years of experience in electro-mechanical test environment, working with Shock & Vibration equipment.Any certifications in S&V and Environmental chamber testing are a plus.
