We can't wait for you to join our heart-centered team!ResponsibilitiesEpic Application Coordinators report to the Epic Project director and are key members of the Epic implementation team. The Epic Application Coordinator (EpicCare Ambulatory) is the primary point of contact for the EpicCare application, and is involved in all aspects of system design, build, and testing while also coordinating and facilitating solutions for all issues that arise during the project with regards to the EpicCare Ambulatory application. The leader of this application will work closely with hospital outpatient departments, clinics, and provider practices throughout the organization both during and post go-live. The position will develop and improve upon areas of clinical or outpatient integration points such as scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient clinical.The Epic Application Coordinator (EpicCare Ambulatory) will gain in-depth knowledge of the software by attending application support training and completing application certification projects and tests.Working Knowledge:Basic / Overview knowledge of the outpatient scheduling processBasic / Overview knowledge of the lab, and radiology workflowThe ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine ideas/concepts from multiple angles/viewpointsThe ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely mannerThe ability and willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help othersSeeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrenceThe ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressuresQualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience:

Three (3) years of related experience, including experience with outpatient provider practices, hospital outpatient departments, and patient touchpoints / experiences.Every team member at OHH plays an integral role in our patients' experience.
