About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Control Management Specialist...
In this role, you will:
Lead initiatives designed to mitigate current and emerging risks with broad impact
Act as key participant in monitoring, evaluating, and measuring the impact of decisions practiced in Control Management functional area
Monitor moderately complex business specific programs, and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies
Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls
Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2 years’ experience designing/monitoring/remediating risk and controls (RCSA -Risk and Control Self-Assessment)
2 years’ experience identifying risk and controls, conducting root cause analysis to create remediation plans, remediation success criteria and control documentation
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
Experience communicating effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders and various LOB stakeholders
Ability to drive and lead organizational change, prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Ability to positively influence decision-making and successfully make quick decisions and implement solutions
A BS/BA degree or higher preferred
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
