Change Management Manager for TX HHSCThe Change Management Manager will utilize change management principles and practices to lead and oversee change management activities and integrate change and user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).Key responsibilities include assessing potential change impacts, developing change management plans, identifying and analyzing key stakeholders, tailoring communication to agency stakeholders, training, risk management, and collaboration with other teams to ensure coordination and feedback collection.Candidate Skills:Experience in IT operations with solid change management knowledgeProven experience in change management, preferably within large-scale transformation projectsStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsExperience in change management based on ITIL principles and practices is preferredCertification in change management (e.g., Prosci or CMAP) or years of experience equivalentAbility to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage ambiguity and push through business challenges to drive resultsProblem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
