Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sr. Cloud Program Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will provide leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sr. Cloud Program Manager, you will:Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and prioritization of resources.Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project achievements are accomplished and deliverables meet Government requirements.Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools.Manage project risks and ensure timely resolution.Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to collaborators.Manage procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required.Eligible to acquire and uphold Government Security Clearance.Associate degree or Equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in project management.4+ years of experience managing cloud-based projects.4+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment.Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

An active DoD government clearance.Strong test writing skills.Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 155k-185k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
