What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive assigned annual revenue targets through sales of Business Process Outsourcing Services within designated territory Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve annual revenue goals Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential new clients Manage accounts and maintain documentation in Salesforce for assigned and newly generated clients Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings as measured by annual client satisfaction surveys

What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of ten years of experience in selling complex, consultative outsourced solutions Proven track record of managing large and medium-sized clients Strong knowledge of the outsourcing BPO space and industry trends Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Existing C-Level or Senior Management relationships that can be leveraged for new business Proven ability to articulate a value/ROI-based sale to C Suite contacts Strong proposal writing and PowerPoint presentation skills Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) Consistent quota over-achievement history
