Job Overview:The VP of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth, increases revenue, and builds Revinova’s brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate for this role is a daily contributor that will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. A proven track record of scaling demand generation programs and deep expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for the sales team.
Oversee the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and webinars.
Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies.
Own the marketing funnel, including top-of-funnel lead generation, lead nurturing, scoring, and the handoff to the sales team.
Drive the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate key accounts and markets.
Measure and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using analytics to optimize and scale.
Collaborate with leadership team to develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and content that resonates with target audiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, ensuring Revinova remains competitive and innovative.
Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in developing and scaling SaaS demand generation programs that drive revenue growth.
Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
