“Let our family help take care of you”.About You:We are looking for a vibrant and suitably experienced HR professional that can:Provide HR Advice and support to managers and supervisors in relation to policies and practices relating to all areas of HR.Build and implement efficient and effective HR frameworks and practices that guide all areas of the business to follow HR processes.Interpret Awards and legislation to advise managers to ensure they are equipped and are fully compliant to minimise business risk.Develop employees by understanding the employee lifecycle and the mechanisms required for end-to-end delivery, including statutory, performance and organisational development.Coordinate Work Health and Safety systems and practices (including Governance and Reporting, and Return to Work) which ensure client, staff and visitor safety at all times.Drive positive outcomes in line with business objectives and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.About the role:Provide legislatively appropriate advice to the business and managers.Oversee and at times assist with the accurate preparation of employment-related paperwork within required and agreed timeframes.Support managers with probation reviews and undertake advisory related support to cyclical people activities such as performance reviews, compliance and training.Provide advice associated with all generalist human resource functions, including but not limited to onboarding, employee departures and terminations, performance management, learning and development, and Health and Safety.Manage the People and Culture Administrator’s day-to-day function and develop the team through guiding and mentoring.Review collated HR data to advise the business HR metrics reporting.Monitor employee records ensuring documentation compliance.Incredible career opportunities with the ability to grow and develop within the P&C function as the business continues to evolve.A professional environment where we challenge each other to do it better.An engaging and empowering culture.Annual discretionary performance-related bonus.Qualifications and clearances:You will have the skills, knowledge and experience in the following:3-5 years HR advisory experience and working within people and culture teams.Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to deliver in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrated prioritisation abilities.High emotional intelligence, integrity, and maturity.Experience in coaching, training and mentoring leaders on P&C matters and initiatives.Strong, demonstrated Human Resource advisory skills.Strong, demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.Proven ability to design and implement systems and process improvements.Understanding of all relevant legislation and regulations, including safety standards.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.3+ years' experience in NDIS or Aged Care industry.Overseas Criminal Convictions Statutory Declaration.National Police Clearance.Flu Vaccination Annually.AHRI Certification.We will be reviewing applications as they come in and will move quickly to secure the right candidate.
