You will transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports capturing meaningful business insights.Key Job Responsibilities:Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders' needsGathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysisCollaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposesCreating complex calculations and measures to support data analysisEnsuring data security and compliance with best practicesTroubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reportsProviding training and support to end users on using Power BIKeeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trendsKey IT Experience:Experience with data analysis & visualization tools required- Power BI, TableauData modeling & coding experience is a plus.Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and distribution required.SQL and/or Database management skills or aptitude to quickly learn is important.ERP, WMS, Demand Planning, or other Supply Chain planning software experience preferred.Strong professional communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and time/process management skills with attention to detail.Demonstrates sound professional judgment and makes high quality decisions within an environment that can have tight deadlines and ambiguity.Flexible outlook, high learning agility, and proven change agent.Consumer products / food industry experience preferred.Position Requirements:Key Behavioral Competencies:Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment.Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.Education and Work History:Minimum of Bachelors degree or higher in business or related discipline.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point for providing purchase and vendor analyses, Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for management7 + years of proficiency in automated Planning systems, Oracle EBS/Cloud preferred.The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
