We strive to be the shipbuilder of choice in safety, quality, value and dependability by offering innovative and competitive maritime solutions tailored to our customers' needs.Position SummaryFincantieri Marine Group (FMG) is looking for a Data Architecture and ETL who will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets across multiple ERP systems to support business operations and decision-making. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop and maintain data models, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. They also provide expertise in data architecture, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve data governance practices and standards.Essential Skills and FunctionsDesign and maintain data warehouse data models, data flows, and data dictionaries to support business operations and analytics.Identify and analyze data requirements, sources, quality, and integrity, and provide recommendations for data management and improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements, reports, and dashboards.Develop and support requisite ETL flows, pipelining data into the Data Warehouse.Define and develop integration flows for SAP implementation.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, and comply with data governance practices and policies.Build data sets to be consumed by Power BI and Data Analysts.Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.Mentor junior team members through their project delivery, support and customer service.Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills.Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.All employees are required to adhere to ISO and OHSAS policies established by FMG and shall have high values for safety awareness.Other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.10 Years of data analysis, with expertise in SQL, Power BI.
