Sourcing Solution Manager - What this job involves Manage, lead, and create the Sourcing & Procurement Solution Development (Sales) tasks for assigned industry vertical. This role will create a total end-to-end Sourcing solution for new business deals, including net new clients, expanding accounts, and renewals of existing accounts. This position must be an independent thinker with strong executive presence, creativity for unique client requests, and extraordinary problem-solving skills. Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. Review all RFP client documents to develop a detailed Sourcing Strategy, including category-specific strategies, resource models, cost-savings ideas, innovations, and creative approaches. Engage and leverage the Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program. Engage suppliers to challenge the status quo and seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks, or an underwritten solution for each category. Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure we have accurately underwritten pricing assumptions. Provide/support technical written responses to client RFP questions related to Sourcing & Procurement. Understand and identify contractual terms impacting Sourcing & Procurement; establish relationships with Corporate Legal & Risk. Innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL. Work with Category Management to partner on periodic market trend analysis. Responsible for development, implementation, coordination, and communication of industry and national programs. Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, and ethics. Support and assist the development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Collaborate with counterparts and peers globally to develop uniform solutions for global clients. Sound like you? Excellent communication skills – oral and written. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 7-10 years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred. Project management and business transitions experience preferred. Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications. Estimated total compensation for this position:
165,600.00 – 216,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
