Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Journey Builder and Interaction Studio (Personalization) Strong technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture and platform integration Solid experience with object-oriented and functional software design principles Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Knowledge of RESTful networking, Git/GitHub, and software development methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities
