GPS partners across the firm to lead iShares and drive the commercial priorities across all the investment businesses. We do this by innovating the next wave of products and solutions, accelerating iShares adoption, sharpening our focus on active, scaling private markets and our transition businesses, and driving focus on commercial priorities through product prioritization.About the RoleThe Global Strategy team is responsible for driving business strategy and leading initiatives across regions and functions to accelerate commercial outcomes. Our project-based teams use qualitative and quantitative approaches to drive traditional strategy projects, solve unique business problems, and support the management of the GPS organization. We work in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners across the breadth of GPS and BlackRock. Within GPS, you will work closely with senior leaders, product segment leads, commercialization teams, and COO and strategy teams around the world to develop insights and make measurable recommendations to advance growth.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the strategy team, senior management and business leaders to determine strategic objectives and opportunities to meet these goals.Contribute to and execute upon business strategy projects and initiatives:Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources (industry research, financial publications, and GPS and broader BlackRock colleagues).Build impactful written presentations to communicate findings to senior management and partner functions.Present findings and engage senior team members in problem solving.Partner with colleagues at all levels throughout GPS and the broader firm (e.g., Global Client Business, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management Group, BlackRock Global Markets, Finance, Corporate Communications) to drive projects to completion.Assist in formulating business intelligence and insights (e.g., competitor monitoring).Facilitate broader planning across the business and field ad-hoc requests from management.Experience / Qualifications:Prior experience in asset management, wealth management, finance, investor relations or strategy consulting (financial services sector experience is preferred).Understanding of the asset management industry, including ETFs, active, and private markets.Experience in working with senior leaders, with the ability to translate sophisticated views and opinions into straightforward analyses.High levels of demonstrated ownership over work product and project engagement.High degree of professional discretion, integrity and judgment.Skills / Knowledge:Technical skills : advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to quickly produce management-level quality presentations and produce robust Excel models (forecasting, sensitivity analysis, summaries); coding skills preferred but not required.Process/project management : effective project management capabilities with the ability to manage timelines, monitor progress across different working groups and navigate trade-offs.Markets Acumen:

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
