The Senior Tax Manager will be focused on the organization’s U.S. International tax compliance, planning, and audit activities. The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for maintaining the U.S. International transaction analysis and reporting calendar with cross functional duties to advise global operations, accounting, legal and treasury teams. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for communicating tax matters to the tax leadership and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the U.S. international tax compliance processes including computation of GILTI, Subpart F, FDII and foreign tax credits and review of 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and other federal, state, and local corporate and partnership foreign disclosure prepared by the external tax service providersModel the non-US and US federal tax impact of new legislation and planning initiatives related to CFC changes in the international groupSupport the accounting for the global income tax provision (ASC 740) including review and preparation of the America’s income tax provision (annual and quarterly) and all related assumptions, analyses, reconciliations, and disclosuresCoordinate and review the America’s foreign tax return filings prepared by external tax providersManage the U.S international tax compliance workpapers and documentation used for the preparation of the America’s tax provisions and income tax returnsManage and oversee the America’s foreign tax audits for income, sales and use tax, property tax, customs, and duties, and other local inquiries and noticesSupport and defend transfer pricing strategy (APA) and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48), as applicableConduct tax research and work on projects to minimize tax burden and reduce the Company's effective tax rate and cash taxesMaintain an effective internal control environment to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and SOX regulationsAdopt new tax software and implement processing changes as requiredSupport M&A transactions and integration activities and special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax or related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of corporate tax experienceMinimum of two (2) years of international tax experience in a public and/or large corporate tax department of a U.S. parent or multi-national companyCertified Public Accountant (CPA)International compliance, tax accounting, and provision experience with complex C Corps and partnerships organizationsProgressive tax experience, including management level responsibilitiesIn-depth and up-to-date knowledge of corporate international, federal and state income tax lawsProficient in computer skills and applications, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to adapt to changes and expectations in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues to non-tax personnelSelf-starter with the ability and willingness to exercise independent judgment and take appropriate actionStrong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with business leaders across the organizationStrong time management skills; able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities/expectations in accordance with strict deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Master’s Degree in Business TaxationSarbanes-Oxley compliance, and statutory reporting requirements experienceTax compliance software and analytical application software experienceBENEFITS:Pay: $140,000 - $180,000 base salary with annual bonus eligibilityMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
