Position Highlights:Position: Senior AccountantLocation: Arlington Heights, ILFull TimeHours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours, onsiteWhat you will do:Prepares journal entries accurately and timelyCompletes month-end close tasks accurately and timelyPrepares monthly account analysis and reconciliations to ensure financial statements are accuratePrepares audit work papers for internal and external financial audits and other regulatory auditsProvides monthly reporting and analysis to operational leaders and Sr. managementRecommends changes and improvements to monthly close process and accounting processes to increase efficiencies and accuracy of information.Exhibits strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work independentlyPerforms special projects and tasks as assigned by managementBlackline System AdministratorPerforms routine maintenance and ongoing operational support for Blackline.Identifies operational efficiencies and develops subject matter expertise on Blackline.Supports the department's training and adoption of Blackline.What you will need:Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or financeExperience:
