Function of Position:

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the Admissions recruitment and application processing functions by leveraging the Admissions CRM to its fullest capabilities. This position supports the business processes that efficiently and effectives move the Admissions applications through the admissions funnel, from inquiry to admitted student. The CRM Coordinator II will oversee the day-to-day operation, support application processing, inquiry and applicant communication, territory management, database management, all software-related processes.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:

Configures and implements customized and dynamic processes, communication funnels, and workflows (annually)

Manages the inquiry communication process and tracking

Oversees applicant communication and tracking

Analyzes communication campaign performance

Develops reports and dashboards using the Admissions CRM to inform the enrollment funnel

Designs and tests processes, including integration with third-party vendors such as document imaging software and student information systems

Assists with data migrations, imports, and exports

Provides training and support to admissions staff on CRM tool utilization

Oversees event management and participant tracking

Supports Admissions Counselors in territory management

Participates in annual recruitment planning

Collaborates with marketing to ensure all communication is updated annually

Designs and updates user manuals

Maintains the new student communication calendar and schedule

Researches best CRM practices and recommends areas for improvement

Ensures the Admissions office uses the current versions of CRM

Maintains knowledge of the current program curriculum

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with three years' experience providing technical support at a community college Admissions Office

Three years demonstrated production experience with software application development and/or database management effective utilization of multiple software platforms

Experience with writing Structured Query Language (SQL) and database queries

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience gathering data and report writing skills

Perform well under pressure, within time constraints, with a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy and confidentiality

Ability to coordinate work flow while dealing with multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to present complex information and data in coherent fashion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in college/university or educational database management

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with non-technical end users

Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems including Slate

Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently

Additional Information:

Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity and college budget. This position has a range of $52,000 to $58,000 and is based on these mentioned factors.
