Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP’s innovation strategy.Leading Practices and Benchmarking:
Utilize SAP’s leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions.Process Mapping & Documentation:
Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements.Employee-Centric Design:
Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, fostering a meaningful employee experience.Industry Insight:
Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends to position yourself — and SAP — as a go-to resource for industry expertise.Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to evolving SAP’s leading practices to keep pace with changing industry standards.Education and QualificationsConsulting Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits is preferred.Professional Services Experience:
Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.HR Knowledge:
Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations for optimizing HR processes.Consulting Leadership:
Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders.Exceptional Communication:
