Technical Analyst
with expertise in the
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , specifically in the
Order Management Modules
(Order Management, Configure-to-Order (CTO), Advanced Pricing & Channel Revenue Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs. This role will also lead new implementations of EBS modules and provide technical input on our migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Order Management modules. This role involves working closely with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of Oracle Order Management modules.This is a
hybrid
position that will require regular onsite work at our IT office in
Muscatine, IA . Relocation to the Quad Cities region is required.
Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available for qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Module Expertise:
Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management module (Order Management, Configure-to-Order (CTO), Advanced Pricing & Channel Revenue Management).Solution Design and Architecture:
Ensure holistic solution design, incorporating cross-functional considerations into functional and technical design specifications. Ensure alignment with our Enterprise Architecture standards.System Configuration:
Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, develop solutions, and recommend potential alternatives. Configure and customize Oracle EBS Order Management modules based on business requirements.Support & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Order Management modules. Recommend systems modifications to reduce customer problems.Integration:
Work on the integration of Oracle EBS Order Management modules with other systems (both Oracle and third-party). Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement interfaces.Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for new implementations, upgrades, and patches. Document test results and provide recommendations.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and end-user manuals.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and business processes within the Oracle EBS environment.Upgrade & Patch Management:
Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and other system changes, ensuring smooth transitions.QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE4-year degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Order to Cash.12+ years of SDLC experience in Oracle EBS; with at least 1-2 years in architecture or solution design.Hands-on and in-depth experience in Oracle EBS R12 technology stack.Experience in Oracle 11gr2 PLSQL, SQL Plus, and performance optimization techniques.Experience with diverse technology environments and software solutions.Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies preferred.WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!
