INFOR XA ERP = MAPICSWe are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our team and support theefficient operation of our Infor XA ERP system, ensuring it aligns withour internal and external business needs.
Position Summary:The ERP Systems Analyst will analyze, design, and support our EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) system Infor XA & integrated systems. This roleinvolves collaborating with process owners to understand requirements,identify system improvements, and implement solutions that enhanceproductivity and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of business processes, a technical background in ERPsystems, and a commitment to driving efficiencies across theorganization.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate withdepartment managers and stakeholders to understand and documentbusiness needs, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements orupgrades.ERP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and customize ERP modulesto support business functions. Manage system updates, troubleshootissues, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead ERP-related projects,including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements,ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports anddashboards. Analyze data to support business decisions and provideinsights into key performance metrics.User Training & Support: Develop materials and conduct end-usertraining sessions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting forsystem users.System Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP system security andcompliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Implement best practices for data security and privacy.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.Strongly preferred Technical Skills:AS400 administrationInfor XA 9.2IDF/Power-LinkRPG & CL programmingNGS IQ queriesQuery/400XMLInfor OS/ION DeskLoftware/NiceLabel, Label MatrixVarsity shippingPaperless MES systemSQLInfor Birst5+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst or in a similarrole, preferably with Infor XA.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tounderstand complex business processes and translate them intotechnical requirements.Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.Project management experience and ability to prioritize multipletasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
ERP certification is a plus (Infor XA/Birst/IDF).Experience in supporting day-to-day stakeholder requirements.Manufacturing process support.Familiarity with system integration, middleware, and APIconnections.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
