6607In this role, you will be responsible for the management of defined accounts in a specified geographic region in the Dermatology therapeutic area, specifically supporting our customer’s products. The FRS will execute the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, which may include call center services (HUB), sales, marketing, patient access, market access, and other collaboration partners.Key candidates will have:Strong interpersonal skills, including high sense of urgency and consistent responsivenessAbility to work effectively in a dynamic/diverse environment that requires adaptability and willingness to navigate ambiguityTenacity & determination to see through complex scenarios to resolutionKeen emotional intelligence and inherent nature to partner with people working as a teamStrategic mindset and strong organizational skillsDesire to support our clients and healthcare professionals in their mission to serve patientsResponsibilities include:Ensuring understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support program.Managing daily activities that support appropriate patient access to our customer’s products in provider offices and work as a liaison to other patient assistance and access support services offered by our customers (i.e. HUB, Call Center, Specialty Pharmacy Services).Acting as an extension of the call center and/or HUB and providing live one-on-one coverage support.Serving as payer expert for defined geography and communicating payer changes to key stakeholders promptly.Offering office education during the entire access process which may include formulary coverage/utilization management criteria, insurance forms & procedures, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeal, and/or claims resolution.Minimum requirements:Minimum two years’ experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, and/or sales.Experience with specialty products.Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access processes.Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.Desire to solve problems.Interpersonal awareness.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $129,000 to $139,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
