Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Solutions Architect must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of solutions, including collecting customer requirements and assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security, and be able to partner with the sales team to recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer.

This requires practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies, and a thorough knowledge of the AT&T product set.

The Solutions Architect analyzes a customer's business and network challenges and designs a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly into the customer's environment.

Manages solution design with internal and external suppliers in a manner that is consistent with customer needs and in line with competitive realities.

Demonstrates good written skills to document solutions in proposals to customers, and possesses strong verbal skills to be able to present solutions to customers at both working and executive levels.

Demonstrates strong customer interface skills and is technically credible working in a sales environment.

Work may include customer facing, pricing and contracting activities.

Required to maintain a baseline of industry knowledge to advise on technical trends and techniques and apply them to the development of solutions.

Qualifications:

Requires 5-8 years experience in systems engineering, software development or software engineering role.

Database solutioning experience including architecture, warehousing and processing.

Hybrid tables, External tables, Iceberg tables.

SQL API, Snowpark API.

Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, especially HRSD.

Cloud computing, preferably Azure.

Continuous data pipelines and protection.

Native app framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.

ServiceNow development and configuration experience.

Connectors and Drivers.

Supported cloud regions and platforms.

Cloud agnostic solution.

Concurrency and workload isolation.

Additional desired Snowflake skills include Advanced SQL, Python, Java/JDBC, and Data warehousing/data modeling concepts.

Boomi Skill Set, including Boomi certification preferred.

Advanced knowledge of connectors, data processing and low code programming in Boomi.

Data mapping, integration best practices.

API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols and their interaction.

OAUTH and other authentication methods.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 minimum days in the office per week. This position is only available in Alpharetta, GA and Plano, TX. Full-time remote work is not offered.
