Summary:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (C.R.T.) - Credentialed by National Board of Respiratory Care (N.B.R.C.).Meets Massachusetts State Licensure requirements.Responsible for all therapeutic diagnostic and rehabilitation functions in all patient care areas with age specific competencies for all ages.Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients families visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional responsible and courteous environment.1. Commits to recognize and respect cultural diversity for all customers (internal and external).2. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures values beliefs and ages utilizing interpreters when needed.
Duties may include pulmonary function lab blood gas lab CardioPulmonary rehabilitation and all routine care normally associated with a C.R.T.Active participation in continuing education performance improvement departmental orientation and community education programs is expected

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:0-3 years clinical experience
