Responsibilities
Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:Contribute to production by operating CNC machinesSet up machine, observe operation, and inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specificationsCreate and edit programsMaintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety awarenessKeep machines up and running efficientlyMonitor and communicate any maintenance and inspections to CNC machinesWork with operations to determine scheduling of workloadsTroubleshoot issues during the manufacturing processDocument all scrap material and maintain a clear record of inventoryEnsure proper training and mentoring is conducted for all staffParticipate in continuous process improvementPerform other duties as required
Qualifications
With quality in mind, you also bring the following:Experience or training in a manufacturing environmentAbility to perform programming, editing, setup and operations of CNC machinesExperience with CNC Lathes with Mazatrol and Fanuc ControlKnowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tablesPassion in delivering accuracy and quality as a priority

- Day shift- Monday to Friday

- CNC lathe: 5 years (Preferred)- CNC programming: 2 years (Required)- Fanuc Control: 2 years (Required)- Mazatrol: 2 years (Required)- Work Location: In person
