WHAT YOU WILL DO.

Role Objective: Kooth is looking for an ambitious director to lead its global Business Intelligence (BI) function. This is a highly strategic role, working alongside the Global VP of Business Operations to develop and execute on growth strategies, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, optimize performance and enhance Kooth's competitive positioning.

Main responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute the company's business intelligence strategy ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Define global KPIs to track progress and drive the success of Kooth in the US and the UK.

Ensure Kooth is continually abreast of innovations and developments in the digital mental health landscape ensuring Kooth remains a market-leading service.

Management & Leadership:

Manage and develop a global BI team (US and UK).

Responsible for the overall performance and output of the BI team.

Manage team budget and resources to achieve objectives.

Enhance relationship of business intelligence with internal stakeholders.

Strategy Execution & Stakeholder Management:

Work with country and global leadership to drive operational, commercial and financial improvements.

Analyze company and departmental performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Present recommendations and work with department leaders to execute on changes. Specific focus on:

Product - working closely with our Product and Technology teams to utilize data to enhance product development.

Marketing - ensuring user acquisition strategies are effective and optimized.

Service Delivery - drive efficiencies in our operations while maintaining clinical and safety standards.

Collaborate with teams to ensure success of cross-functional company initiatives and projects.

Work with the global Data team to ensure efficient data flow across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING.

Experience & Education:

A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy or a related field, with experience working with operational, marketing and commercial functions of a business.

Experience in leading a Business Intelligence team or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on driving business results and achieving measurable outcomes.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional projects effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL GET!

Compensation: The base salary for this role will be

$130,000 - $160,000

annually based on experience.
