The Senior Product Manager at Sonexus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-priority product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This is a hands-on, tactical role where your ability to solve problems, prioritize effectively, and manage projects will be key to success.Responsibilities
Own and drive the tactical execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.Break down high-level product goals into actionable tasks, manage dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute on product plans.Act as the day-to-day liaison between teams, resolving blockers, managing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment on priorities.Maintain a detailed product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.Define clear success metrics for each product initiative and ensure teams are aligned around key performance indicators (KPIs).Use data and customer feedback to drive product improvements and inform feature prioritization.Regularly analyze product performance to identify areas for optimization, reporting findings to stakeholders and making recommendations for action.Own the tactical execution of product launches, working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and readiness.Coordinate product feature releases, including testing, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.Be hands-on in troubleshooting post-launch issues and iterating quickly based on user feedback.Qualifications
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience strongly preferred8-12 years of Product Management experience preferredExperience working in an agile development environmentBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferredAnticipated salary range:
