OverviewHawk Incentives shapes how the how the world’s biggest brands engage and reward. As Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for building the strategy, sales support and go-to-market plan for projects contributing to our $200MM+ business portfolio. This new role will work hand-in-hand with product management, sales teams, experts and clients to define, refine and effectively communicate our robust portfolio of promotion management and incentive solutions to increase revenue.
We are seeking experience in Brand or Product Marketing. The ideal candidate must have an innate understanding of business buyers, customer engagement and technology. They will love and will be truly passionate about product marketing – and the impact it can have on the bottom line. You will be responsible for everything from initial product concepts to packaging, go-to-market strategy, launch campaigns and sales training – it starts and lives with the Product Marketing team. Your role will be to develop market-leading product strategies, rally the company around a global launch campaign and build sales momentum that can’t be stopped.The right person for this position will be able to demonstrate their creative energy and passion for shaping successful, measurable campaigns. Responsibilities
Be the one that inspires innovation, creativity and results.
Lead in-depth market understanding through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis. Become an expert in our verticals, technology and bring relevant information to the business
Help shape the product (with Product Development) – or package existing ones - from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts, industry analysts, research and clients to produce intelligent and insightful products that address key client pains
Develop product positioning that is meaningful to buyers and clients, and sets us apart from the competition and create thorough marketing plans to share that message with our target markets
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales on launch and release plans.
Organize all teams to a successful execution of the product launch plan. (Campaign assets, including: launch calendars, presentations, timelines and documentations are owned by the Product Marketing team)
Develop messaging for national, vertical, internal and external marketing campaigns that can be effectively used across departments (possible international responsibility)
Own sales enablement: Create documentation and materials for training and sales support, including market analyses, presentations, proposals events and training.
Become experts in what we do and why we do it. Support sales and clients by becoming subject matter experts, and creating a team of leaders.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B Marketing experience
Successful history in Product Marketing
Demonstrated success in driving revenue, new markets and sales acceleration with smart Product Marketing
Proven GTM approach and process that can be implemented quickly within the organization
Experience with B2B Software or Marketing Services needed. Experience with rewards, incentives or promotion management is a bonus!
Experience managing a project across all functional teams responsible.
Refined training, presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to fight for best possible customer experience at ALL levels.
This role is a key position within the broader marketing team. Creative, content, demand generation, marketing operations and external agencies support the organization.
